宫炎平胶囊联合百安洗液及复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨宫炎平胶囊联合百安洗液及复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎(FV)的临床疗效。方法选取三亚市人民医院2017年5月至2018年3月收治的FV患者134例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各67例。两组患者均予百安洗液和复方甲硝唑阴道栓,观察组患者加服宫炎平胶囊,均治疗2周,随访6个月。结果观察组总有效率为97.01%,显著高于对照组的86.57%(P<0.05);两组治疗后1个月、3个月随访的复发率相当(P>0.05);观察组治疗后6个月随访的复发率为2.99%,显著低于对照组的17.91%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)及白细胞介素13(IL-13)水平均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)及免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平均显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗过程中,观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(10.45%比11.94%,P>0.05)。结论宫炎平胶囊联合百安洗液及复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗FV疗效较好,可明显改善症状,远期复发率较低,还可改善患者机体的炎性状态及免疫功能。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Gongyanping Capsules combined with Bai'an Lotion and Compound Metronidagole Vaginal Suppositories in the treatment of fungal vaginitis(FV).Methods Totally 134 patients with FV admitted to Sanya People's Hospital from May 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,67 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given Bai'an Lotion and Compound Metronidagole Vaginal Suppositories,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with Gongyanping Capsules.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks and followed up for 6 months.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.01%,which was significantly higher than 86.57%of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the two groups was similar after 1 and 3 months of follow-up(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.99%after 6 months of treatment,which was significantly lower than 17.91%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin(IL)-2,IL-8 and IL-13 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of secretory immunoglobulin A(sIgA),IgG and IgM in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(10.45%vs.11.94%,P>0.05).Conclusion Gongyanping Capsules combined with Bai'an Lotion and Compound Metronidagole Vaginal Suppositories are effective in the treatment of FV,they can obviously improve the symptoms with low long-term recurrence rate,which also can improve the inflammatory state and immune function of the patients.
