摘 要:立足云南省电力市场环境,以澜沧江小湾和糯扎渡梯级水电站为例,提出考虑多元交易品种的梯级水电站长期竞价调度方法。基于实际市场成交数据,采用回归分析方法拟合确定各市场品种的量价关系曲线,考虑汛、枯期电价特点差异,确定了不同的集中撮合交易量价关系;以电量构成和量价关系为基础,构建发电效益最大模型,采用多项式技术和MINLP规划方法实现模型高效求解。2016年实际调度数据验证结果表明,该方法可以根据各市场的量价关系,合理确定电站在撮合、外送等市场的申报电量,有效实现汛期低价电量向枯期高价市场转移,提高系统发电效益。Based on the electricity market environment of Yunnan Province,The Xiaowan and Nuozhadu cascade hydropower stations on Lancang River are taken as examples to study the long-term bidding dispatching method for cascade hydropower stations considering multiple trading varieties.With actual market transaction data,the regression analysis method is used to fit the volume-price relationship curve of each market variety.Considering the difference of electricity price in flood and dry season,different volume-price relationships of centralized matching transaction is determined.On the basis of above electricity quantity composition and volume-price relationships,the maximum power generation benefit model is formulated and then solved efficiently by polynomial technology and MINLP programming method.The validation results of actual dispatching data in 2016 show that this method can reasonably determine the electricity allocation of power stations in various markets according to the volume-price relationship of each market,and effectively realize the transfer of low-price power in flood season to high-price market in dry season,thus,the benefit of power generation system can be improved.
