摘 要:计量自动化系统是服务于公司发展战略的重要物质基础之一,其现场终端上行通信通道是数据交互的必经之路,确保上行通信的可靠性意义重大。传统的终端运维方法不能体现上行通信的逻辑关系难以做到对故障的精确定位,造成运维效率低下以及资源浪费。为此,该文介绍一种计量自动化终端上行通讯故障可视化检测系统,该系统依托上行通信检测装置通过移动终端以及手机APP对上行通信的各个环节进行可视化检测,实现故障的精确定位。通过对实际运行的计量终端通讯模块进行检测表明该方法可以有效对上行通信的各个环节的运行状态进行检测。The measurement automation system is one of the important material bases for the company’s development strategy.The upline communication channel of its field terminal is the only way for data interaction.It is of great significance to ensure the reliability of upline communication.Traditional terminal operation and maintenance methods cannot reflect the logic relationship of uplink communication,and it is difficult to accurately locate the fault,resulting in low operation and maintenance efficiency and waste of resources.Therefore,this paper introduces a visual fault detection system for uplink communication of metering automation terminal.Relying on the uplink communication detection device,the system visual y detects every link of uplink communication through mobile terminal and mobile APP to realize accurate fault location.It is proved that this method can effectively detect the running state of each link of uplink communication by testing the actual communication module of metering terminal.
