摘 要:醇基燃料是一种成本低廉且易于存储的可再生清洁能源,但是其热值较低、火焰温度低且气化燃烧容易积碳,另外目前燃烧过程自动化程度低,造成燃烧不充分进而导致二次污染问题。该文从整体系统构建出发,分硬件和软件两个方面,设计了一款基于STM32单片机的醇基燃料燃烧控制器,实现了醇基燃料的气化燃烧过程自动控制。经验证,该控制器运行稳定可靠,能自动调节风机转速以实现风量与燃料的最佳配比,实现燃烧效率最大化。Alcohol-based fuel is a renewable and clean energy with low cost and easy storage.However,its calorific value is low,the flame temperature is low,and gasification and combustion are easy to deposit carbon.In addition,the current combustion process is low in automation,resulting in insufficient combustion and resulting in secondary pollution problem.Starting from the whole system,in two aspects of hardware and software,this paper have designed an alcohol-based fuel combustion controller based on STM32 single-chip microcomputer,which realizes the automatic control of the gasification combustion process of alcohol-based fuel.It has been verified that the control er is stable and reliable,and can automatical y adjust the fan speed to achieve the best ratio of air volume to fuel to maximize combustion efficiency.
