摘　　要：TVS(Transient Voltage Suppressor,瞬态抑制二极管)主要用于电路中进行瞬态防护作用。目前关于TVS的介绍和使用的资料文档很多,但对TVS一些参数的理解存在模糊和偏差,在实际应用中出现选型不当的现象。此篇文档侧重点是清晰一些参数概念,给出正确的解释和实际选型设计实例,供硬件开发从业者和器件厂家参考。TVS(Transient Voltage Suppressor)is mainly used for transient protection in circuits.There are many documents about the introduction and use of TVS today,but there are vagueness and deviation in the understanding of some parameters of TVS,and cause improper selection in actual applications.The focus of this document is to clarify some of the parametric concepts,give correct explanations and actual design examples for hardware development and device manufacturers reference.
