摘　　要：欧盟标准EN 50264要求电缆绝缘不仅具有低烟无卤阻燃的性能,还具有良好的耐油性能。设计橡胶配方,研究如何平衡耐油性能及绝缘性能,绝缘料采用EPDM/EVM/HNBR的共混体系;加入白炭黑的配方,对提高耐油性能有好处;使用增塑剂TCP及DOTP均使耐油性能得到了提升。EU standard EN 50264 require the insulation of cables,not only have low smoke and halogen free flame retardant performance,but also have good oil resistance.Design rubber formula to study how to balance oil resistance and insulation performance,the insulation material adopts the blending system of EPDM/EVM/HNBR.The formula of adding white carbon black is beneficial to improve the oil resistance.The use of TCP and DOTP makes oil resist ance improved.
