摘　　要：高校章程作为大学自治的“宪章”,是规范政府、社会以及学校内部各种行为主体参与学校管理的重要依据。党的十九大对我国高等学校依法治校提出了更高的要求,各高校应该以高校章程为指导积极完善相关制度,充分发挥高校章程在依法治校中的重要作用。As the“charter”of university autonomy,the college statute is an important force to regulate the government,society,and various participants in school management.The 19th National Congress of the CPC put forward higher requirements for the administration of higher education institutions in China according to law.Colleges and universities should actively improve the relevant systems under the guidance of their statutes,and give full play to the important role of their statutes in the administration of schools according to law.
