摘 要:目的建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)同时测定尿中K、Na元素的分析方法。方法尿样经1%硝酸溶液稀释后,用ICP-OES法测定K、Na元素。观察实验室温度、棱镜温度、连续测样数量等因素对测定结果的影响。结果不同实验室温度对棱镜温度的影响不同,实验室温度应控制在25℃以下;连续测量样品数量过多,容易造成雾化室、雾化器、喷射管污染或堵塞,连续测量样品数量以30个~40个为宜;在优化的实验条件下,K元素的标准曲线范围为0μg/ml^10μg/ml,相关系数为0.9981,检出限为2.02ng/L,加标回收率为99.2%~99.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.22%~1.37%;Na元素的标准曲线范围为0μg/ml^20μg/ml,相关系数为0.9991,检出限为2.10ng/L,加标回收率为99.9%~100.1%,RSD为2.38%~2.52%。结论该方法检出限低、回收率和精密度高,可以用于检测尿样中K、Na元素。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of K and Na in urine by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES).Methods K and Na elements were determined by ICP-OES after the urine samples were diluted with 1%nitric acid.To observe the influence of laboratory temperature,prism temperature and continuous sample quantity on the determination results.Results The influence of different laboratory temperatures on prism temperature were different.Laboratory temperatures should be kept below 25℃.Excessive number of continuous measurements may cause pollution or blockage of spray chamber,fog tube and injection pipe.The number of continuous measurement samples should be 30-40.Under optimized experimental conditions,the standard curve range of K was within 0μg/ml-10μg/ml,the correlation coefficient of K was 0.998 1,the detection limit of K was 2.02 ng/L,the recovery of standard addition of K was within 99.2%-99.8%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)of K was within 1.22%-1.37%.The standard curve range of Na was within 0μg/ml-20μg/ml,the correlation coefficient of Na was 0.999 1,the detection limit of Na was 2.10 ng/L,the recovery of standard addition of Na was within 99.9%-100.1%,the RSD of Na was within 2.38%-2.52%.Conclusion The method has low detection limit,high recovery of standard addition and high precision.So,it can be used to detect K and Na elements in urine samples.
