摘 要:目的我国现行的工作场所空气中乙酸乙烯酯的检测方法,采用对苯二酚的乙醇溶液浸渍后的活性炭为吸附剂的热解吸方法,但浸渍活性炭制备过程繁杂,难以长期保存,不同批次填充的吸附管之间采样效率差异很大,本文拟改进该方法,以固体吸附剂直接采样,以达到采样简便,采样效率更稳定的效果。方法以TenaxTA吸附管采样,HP-INNOWAXN毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器测定工作场所空气中乙酸乙烯酯的浓度。结果以采样1.5 L计,本方法在1.2×10^-3 mg/m^3~33.3 mg/m^3内线性关系良好,回归方程为y=16 798x+2 374.9,相关系数为0.999,检出限为1.2×10^-3 mg/m^3,平均采样效率达到90%以上,RSD为2.71%~3.50%。结论该法简便,精密度好,检出限低,采样效率较高,稳定可靠。Objective In current Chinese national standard method,the determination of ethyl acetate in air of workplace is based on thermal desorption analysis by using activated charcoal immersed by ethanol solution of hydroquinone as sorbent.However,the preparation of activated charcoal is quite complicated and the adsorption efficiency of prepared activated charcoal between batches is of great difference.Besides,the prepared activated charcoal cannot be preserved for a long time.In this study,solid adsorbent was used for direct sampling featured with more convenience and stability.Methods The sample was prepared by sorbent tube with TenaxTA,separated by HP-INNOWAX capillary column,and detected by FID for the concentrations of vinyl acetate in workplace air.Results Sampling 1.5 L,this method got good linear regression between 1.2×10^-3 mg/m^3-33.3 mg/m^3,the equation was y=16 798x+2 374.9,the correlation coefficient was 0.999,the detection limit was 1.2×10^-3 mg/m^3,the average sampling efficiency was more than 90%,and the RSD was within 2.71%-3.50%.Conclusion The method got a good precision,high recovery rate,stable repeatability and reliability.
