2017年北京市某区游泳池水微生物监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市某区游泳池水的卫生状况,提高各类游泳场馆的卫生质量。保障广大游泳者的身体健康。方法对北京市某区游泳池水进行细菌总数、大肠菌群微生物指标的监测。结果2017年共监测北京市某区游泳池水样509份,合格率为85.9%。其中第三季度游泳池水微生物监测合格率最低,为82.5%,不同季度游泳池水微生物的监测合格率差异均有统计学意义(χ^2=18.141,P<0.05);不同类型的游泳场馆中,宾馆酒店饭店游泳池水微生物监测合格率最低,为80.6%,其次是健身会所,合格率为86.8%,不同类型游泳场馆游泳池水微生物的监测合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=14.112,P<0.05)。结论北京市某区游泳池水微生物监测情况总体良好,但仍然存在一些不合格样品。需进一步加强监督监测管理工作,将游泳场馆中各类介水传播的传染病的发生风险降至最低。Objective To study the hygienic status of swimming pool water in a district of Beijing,improve the hygiene of all kinds of natatorium,so as to ensure swimmers'health.Methods To detect the bacterium count and coliform bacteria from swimming pool water in a district of Beijing.Results A total of 509 samples were tested and the qualified rate was 85.9%.The qualified rate of microbiological surveillance in the third quarter was the lowest(82.5%),there was statistical significance on the pass rate difference of microbes in swimming pool water among different quarters(χ^2=18.141,P<0.05);Among different types of swimming venues,the monitoring rate of microbiological monitoring in hotels and restaurants'swimming pools was the lowest(80.6%),followed by fitness clubs(86.8%),there was statistical significance on the differences in the monitoring rate of microbiological monitoring in swimming pools of different swimming venues(χ^2=14.112,P<0.05).Conclusion The hygienic status of swimming pool water in a district of Beijing is generally good in microbiological monitoring,but there are still some unqualified samples.It is necessary to further strengthen supervision and monitoring work and minimize the risk of contagious diseases transmitted by water in swimming pools.
