摘　　要：目的分析临海市儿童青少年身高、体质量的变化,探讨儿童青少年身高体质量发育的规律特点,为儿童青少年生长发育监测提高参考依据。方法采用2011年和2016年学生健康体检身高、体质量数据,使用LMS方法进行数据拟合,获得7岁~18岁学生的身高、体质量的百分位数参考值,比较这2年身高和体质量的变化。结果2016年和2011年相比,7岁~18岁男生第3、50、97百分位数身高平均增量分别为1.46cm、1.25cm、1.14cm;女生分别为0.98cm、0.61cm、0.81cm。7岁~18岁男生第3、50、97百分位数体质量平均增量分别为0.56kg、1.93kg、3.67kg;女生分别为0.30kg、0.91kg、1.81kg。结论临海市儿童青少年生长发育水平保持较快的增长,高体质量青少年体质量增长过快。Objective To analyze the variation of height and weight in Linhai children,and explore the characteristics of height and weight of children,so as to provide basis for monitoring children development.Methods The height and weight measurement data from the student medical examination in 2011 and 2016,the reference intervals were calculated using the LMS method,and the variation in height and weight were compared over this years.Results Compared to 2001,the 3th,50th,97th percentile of average height increased 1.46 cm,1.25 cm,1.14 cm in boys aged 7-18;and that increased 0.98 cm,0.61 cm,0.81 cm in girls aged 7-18;the average weight increased 0.56 kg,1.93 kg,3.67 kg in boys aged 7-18,and 0.30 kg,0.91 kg,1.81 kg in girls aged 7-18.Conclusion Children and adolescents'development level maintained a rapid growth in Linhai,and heavy children gain weight faster.
