双心护理在急性心力衰竭伴焦虑抑郁患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨双心护理在急性心力衰竭伴焦虑抑郁患者中的应用价值。方法将我院急诊科收住的120例急性心力衰竭伴焦虑抑郁患者随机分为实验组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),对照组采用常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上给予双心护理,研究周期为3周。分析比较两组患者的Zung氏焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating DePression Scale,SDS)、纽约心功能(NYHA)分级和护理满意度。结果实验组组的ASA和SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组NYHA分级改善及护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双心护理可以改善急性心力衰竭伴焦虑抑郁患者的焦虑抑郁情、NYHA分级,且护理满意度较高。Objective To exPlore the value of Psycho-cardiology nursing in Patients with acute heart failure and anxiety and dePression.Methods 120 Patients with acute heart failure associated with anxiety and dePression were randomly divided into two grouPs:the exPerimental grouP(n=60)and the control grouP(n=60).The control grouP was treated with routine nursing and the exPerimental grouP was given Psycho-cardiology nursing on the basis of the control grouP.The research Period was 3 weeks.The Zung's anxiety scale(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS),self-rating DePression scale(SDS),New York Heart function(NYHA)scale and nursing satisfaction were analyzed and comPared between the two grouPs.Results The scores of ASA and SDS in the exPerimental grouP were significantly lower than those in the control grouP(P<0.05),and the imProvement of NYHA grade and nursing satisfaction in the exPerimental grouP was better than that in the control grouP(P<0.05).Conclusion Psycho-cardiology nursing can imProve the anxiety and dePression in Patients with acute heart failure and anxiety and dePression and their NYHA scale.
