摘　　要：本文研究了我国近几年通航安全事故的现状,指出现阶段我国建设通用航空数据库的重要性。根据需求目标提出了数据库设计的3个总则,并深入分析了通用航空事故共享数据库的功能和结构。提出了可行的设计方案,利用java编程技术,实现了数据库的开发。旨在提高导航安全并对通航安全管理带来参考价值。The status of general aviation safety accidents in China in recent years had been investigated.It demonstrated the importance of database construction at this stage.According to the demand objectives,three general principles of database design were proposed.The function and structure of the general aviation accident sharing database was analyzed to a deep level.A feasible design plan was recommended and the database was developed by using Java programming technology.It aims to strengthen navigation safety and has certain reference value for general aviation safety management.
