摘 要:近年来,以跨境电子商务为代表的数字贸易蓬勃发展,这为外贸企业尤其是生产型外贸企业提供了转型发展的新方向。然而,外贸企业数字化转型不是简单地通过创立数字技术部门以提升其盈利能力,而是通过数字技术应用实现智能制造、品牌传播、行业内部数据融合与共享、行业外部资源深度整合,最终达到以数字技术为依托、以创新为动力、以客户为核心的企业转型目标。我国生产型外贸企业在数字化转型过程中,普遍受到数字技术服务体系、人才适配、资源整合等因素的制约,为此应从完善配套服务体系、拓宽人才渠道,以及构建数字贸易生态圈等方面打造全方位的数字贸易运营体系,积极参与数字化转型。In recent years, digital trade represented by cross-border e-commerce has developed vigorously, which provides a new direction of transformation and development for foreign trade enterprises, especially production-oriented foreign trade enterprises.However, the digital transformation is not simply about creating a technology division to increase profitability, but foreign trade enterprises can realize intelligent manufacturing, brand communication, data fusion and sharing within the industry, and in-depth integration of external resources through the application of digital technology. Finally they can achieve the enterprises transformation goal which is based on digital technology, driven by innovation and centralized on customers.In the process of digital transformation, China’s production-oriented foreign trade enterprises are generally restricted by digital technology service system, talent adaptation, resource integration and other factors.Therefore, they should improve the supporting service system, expand talent channels, and build a digital trade ecosystem to build a comprehensive digital trade operation system, and actively participate in the digital transformation.
