摘　　要：在人才供给侧结构性改革中,从需求侧着眼,运用人力资源胜任力模型的相关理论,构建基于需求侧的大学生创业胜任力模型,有助于实现创业型人才供给侧与需求侧的协调与配适。通过实证研究构建的该模型由基本素质、职场能力和知识储备3个维度构成,包含8个创业胜任力类别,涉及22个基本要素,对高校有的放矢地开展创业型人才培养模式的改革具有一定的指导作用。In the supply side structural reform for talent,constructing the entrepreneurial competency model based on the demand side with relevant theories of human resources competency model from the perspective of demand can help to realize the coordination between the supply side and the demand side of entrepreneurial talents.The model constructed through empirical research consists of three dimensions:basic quality,workplace ability and knowledge reserve.It includes 8 entrepreneurial competency categories and involves 22 basic elements,which will guide universities to reform the entrepreneurial talent training mode with specific aims.
