摘  要:物联网相关专业存在着理论与实践脱节、就业后实践培养周期长等亟待解决的问题,论文以培养创新创业人才为目标,以产学研结合为途径,搭建了结合自动控制模型的物联网人才创新创业能力培养体系。首先构架多学科交叉课程、校内外综合实训、产学研应用示范训练体系,同时实施管理、服务、保障举措;其次组建多层高维竞赛训练机制,为学生提供阶梯形能力提升手段,从而在各类竞赛奖项产出的成果中,极大激励学生学习热情、为其创业积累经验、激发其深造兴趣直至产生新的科研思想;最后通过科学的质量评估方法分析学生、教师、学校、社会各实体的反馈结果,持续改进前述三个环节。该方法应用于合肥工业大学物联网相关专业效果斐然,为物联网创新创业人才培养模式的改革提供了成功经验。The related majors of the internet of things have problems such as the disconnection between theory and practice,and the practice of period length after employment.The paper aims to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and combines the combination of production,study and research to build an innovation of Internet of Things talents combined with automatic control model.Firstly,it will build multidisciplinary cross-curricular courses,comprehensive training inside and outside the school,and application training system for production,education and research,and implement management,service and security measures at the same time.Secondly,it will build a multi-layer highdimensional competition training mechanism to provide students with ladder-type ability improvement means;among the results of various competition awards,and students are greatly encouraged to enthusiasm for study,accumulate experience for their entrepreneurship,stimulate their interest in further study,and generate new scientific ideas.Finally,through scientific quality assessment methods,students,teachers,schools,and society are analyzed.The feedback from the entity continues to improve the aforementioned three links.This method has been applied to the related fields of the Internet of Things of Hefei University of Technology,and has provided successful experience for the reform of the training model of innovation and entrepreneurship of the Internet of Things.
