摘　　要：新工科时代,对传统专业的人才培养模式应进行积极的改革与思考。文章以轨道交通专业群为例,对传统专业人才培养模式存在的问题进行了分析,阐述了新工科背景下进行人才培养模式改革的积极意义,并详细阐述了改革的具体内容、实施过程以及创新之处,为传统专业在新工科背景下进行人才培养模式改革提供借鉴。In the new engineering era,the traditional talent training model should be actively reformed and pondered.Taking rail transit professional group as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional professional talent training mode,expounds the positive significance of the reform of the talent training mode under the background of the new engineering department,expounds the positive significance of the reform of the talent training mode under the new engineering background,and elaborates the specific content,implementation process and innovation of the reform,which provides a reference for the traditional professional reform of the talent training mode in the context of new engineering.
