摘  要:实施卓越商学人才培养是我国高等教育的重要任务,然而受制于自身实力,资源弱势高校难以落实卓越人才培养方案。该研究从资源整合视角,提出了“基于新SPOC+跨国共益组织”的培养模式,并以“广财-和君”“新财子”为案例进行分析,提出优化建议,以期对卓越商学人才培养提供新视野。It is an important task for Chinese higher education to carry out the training of outstanding business talents.However,due to its own strength,it is difficult for resource-disadvantaged universities to implement the training plan for outstanding talents.From the perspective of resource integration,this study puts forward a training model based on the new SPOC+multinational co-benefit organization.The research takes Guangxi University of Finance and Economics as an example.There are two models of excellence,Guangcai-Hejun and New business people.According to case comparison and analysis,put forward some optimization suggestions in order to provide a new vision for the cultivation of outstanding business talents.
