摘  要:目的探究高脂血症患者SLCO1B1和ApoE基因多态性及其与患者血脂水平的相关性。方法回顾性分析我院2018年1月至2019年4月期间收治的115例高脂血症患者的三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)等临床数据资料,将高脂血症患者作为观察组,同期选取106例健康志愿者作为对照组。比较观察组和对照组受测者SLCO1B1、ApoE基因多态性分布特征以及观察组患者SLCO1B1、ApoE基因表型组间各血脂水平指标的差异,同时采用偏相关性分析高脂血症患者SLCO1B1、ApoE基因与血脂水平的相关性。结果SLCO1B1基因多态性分布:观察组和对照组受测者A基因表型频率分别为77.39%、82.08%,均为组内最高,C基因表型频率均为组内最低,其中对照组健康志愿者未检测出C基因表型,A、B以及C基因表型频率组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);ApoE基因多态性分布:观察组和对照组受测者E3基因表型频率分别为63.48%、76.42%,均为组内最高,同时观察组患者E3基因表型频率明显低于对照组健康志愿者,且观察组患者E4基因表型频率16.52%显著高于对照组健康志愿者5.66%,组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高脂血症患者SLCO1B1基因表型A组TG、TC、LDL-C均高于B组和C组,B组HDL-C高于A组和C组,但3组基因表型TG、TC、LDL-C以及HDL-C等血脂指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高脂血症患者ApoE基因表型E2、E3以及E4组TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但E4组TC水平显著高于E2组和E3组,组间差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);偏相关性分析显示:SLCO1B1基因多态性与各血脂指标水平均无明显相关性(P>0.05),ApoE基因多态性与TG、HDL-C水平也均无相关趋势(P>0.05),但与TC(r=0.36)、LDL-C(r=0.28)水平具有相关性(P<0.0Objective To explore the polymorphisms of SLCO1B1 and ApoE genes in patients with hyperlipidemia and their correlations with serum lipid levels.Methods We retrospectively analyzed levels of of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(Low density),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and other clinical data in 115 patients with hyperlipidemia admitted between January,2018 and April,2019.The patients with hyperlipidemia were used as the observation group,while 106 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.The distribution of SLCO1B1 and ApoE gene polymorphisms in the observation group and the control group,as well as the differences in serum lipid levels between the SLCO1B1 and ApoE gene phenotype groups within the observation group were analyzed.The partial correlation analysis was conducted between SLCO1B1 and ApoE gene and blood lipid levels in patients with hyperlipidemia.Results Distribution of SLCO1B1 gene polymorphism was identified as following:the frequency of A gene phenotype in the observation group and the control group were 77.39%and 82.08%,respectively,which were the highest within the group,and the C gene phenotype frequency was the lowest in the group A,B and C;there was no significant difference in the frequency of gene phenotype between the groups(P>0.05);ApoE gene polymorphism distribution was identified as following:the E3 gene phenotype frequencies of the observation group and the control group were 63.48%and 76.42%,respectively,which were the highest within the group,and the E3 and E4 gene phenotype frequencies in the observation group were compared with the healthy volunteers in the control group and showed a significant differences(P<0.05);The TG,TC,and LDL-C of the SLCO1B1 gene phenotype in patients with hyperlipidemia were higher than those in group B and C.The HDL-C in group B was higher than that in group A and C,but for the phenotypes of TG,TC,there was no significant difference in serum lipid index between LDL-C and HDL-C(P>0.
