摘 要:目的探讨血清维生素D、钙离子及磷离子在腰椎管狭窄症患者的水平检测中的临床价值。方法选择我院收治的腰椎管狭窄症患者30例,作为试验组,然后根据腰椎管狭窄症患者的性别和年龄组成选取本院同期体检正常受试者30例为对照组。检测受试者血清维生素D、钙离子及磷离子水平,从而对维生素D、钙离子及磷离子与腰椎管狭窄症发生风险的相关性进行分析。结果腰椎管狭窄症与年龄有关(P<0.05),年龄大的患病率高。Logistic分析发现维生素D水平与腰椎管狭窄症的发生风险显著相关,即维生素D可能是腰椎管狭窄症的一个保护性因素,而钙离子和磷离子与腰椎管狭窄症的发生风险不相关。结论血清维生素D、血清钙离子和磷离子在腰椎管狭窄症患者中水平显著降低,维生素D与腰椎管狭窄症发生发展密切相关,低水平的维生素D可能增加腰椎管狭窄症发生的风险。Objective To investigate the levels of serum vitamin D,calcium and phosphorus ions in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis and their clinical values.Methods 30 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis admitted to our hospital were selected as the experimental group.According to the gender and age compositions of the patients with lumbar spinal stenosis,30 patients who were physically healthy during the same period in our hospital were selected as the control group.Serum levels of vitamin D,calcium and phosphorus ions were measured,and the correlations between vitamin D,calcium and phosphorus ions and the risk of lumbar spinal stenosis were analyzed.Results Lumbar spinal stenosis risk was associated with age(P<0.05).Logical analysis found that vitamin D level was significantly correlated with the risk of lumbar spinal stenosis,in which vitamin D might be a protective factor for lumbar spinal stenosis,while calcium and phosphorus ions levels were not correlated with the risk of lumbar spinal stenosis.Conclusion Serum levels of vitamin D,serum calcium and phosphorus ions were significantly reduced in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis.Vitamin D is associated with the development of lumbar spinal stenosis,and low level of vitamin D might increase the risk of developing lumbar spinal stenosis.
