基于思政视角的医学生职业素质教育实践路径

摘　　要：在当前医学生职业素质教育中依旧存在着思政课程孤立、思政课程功能减弱、实践育人课程不足等问题。基于思政视角,分析思政教育和医学生职业素质教育之间的关系,并从发挥思政课程核心作用、深化专业课程思政内涵、加强实践课程价值传递三方面,提出医学生职业素质教育实践的有效路径,以期能够将思政教育贯穿在医学生职业素质教育的各个环节中,切实提高医学生的职业素质,为他们日后的职业生涯发展奠定良好基础。At present, there are still some problems in the quality education of medical students, such as the isolation of ideological and political courses, the weakening of the function of ideological and political courses, and the insufficiency of practical education courses. Based on these problems and from the perspective of ideological and political education, this paper analyses the relationship between ideological and political education and the quality education of medical students. From three aspects: giving full play to the core role of ideological and political courses, deepening the ideological and political connotations of professional courses, and strengthening the value transmission of practical courses, the effective paths of medical students' professional quality education practice are put forward. It is hoped that ideological and political education can run through every link of medical students' vocational quality education, and improve medical students' professional quality, so as to lay a good foundation for their future career development.
