摘 要:文章以国际铁路培训课程构成的基本要素为基础,综合运用1-9标度法和层次分析理论确定了国际铁路培训课程中组织接待、培训效果、培训模块、培训师资、培训资料及培训内容6个评价子准则层,筛选18个国际铁路培训课程设置评价指标。通过构建层次分析判断矩阵模型,对6个子准则层及其基础指标进行综合优化并赋权重值,评价国际铁路培训课程设置的合理性。结果表明,该方法能够评价国际铁路培训课程设置水平,发现培训课程设置及实施过程中存在的薄弱环节,为优化课程体系、准确提升培训质量提供参考依据。Taken the basic:elements of the international railway training courses as the foundation,the integrated use of 1-9 scaling method and theory of hierarchy analysis in this paper to determine the international railway training organization in the reception,training effect,training modules,training teachers,training materials and training content 6 evaluation criterion layer,screening 18 international railway training curriculum evaluation index.By constructing the judgment matrix model of analytic hierarchy process,the 6 sub-criteria and their basic indexes are comprehensively optimized and weighted to evaluate the rationality of the international railway training curriculum.The results show that this method can evaluate the level of international railway training curriculum,and find the weak links in the process of training,which provides reference frame for optimizing curriculum system and promoting training quality.
