电解氧化法合成橡胶促进剂二硫代四乙基秋兰姆的技术研究

摘　　要：本项目研究了二硫化四乙基秋兰姆(硫化促进剂TETD)的电解氧化合成工艺。该工艺以二硫化碳和二乙胺为原料,添加适量氢氧化钠,氯化钠为电解质,二氯甲烷作为萃取溶剂,DSA电极作为阳极,不锈钢作为阴极,优化了电流密度、原料配比和反应时间。该工艺不使用氧化剂,电解液可重复循环利用,不产生废水,生产过程清洁。This project studied the electrolytic oxidation synthesis process of Siyijiqiulanmu(vulcanization accelerator TETD).The process uses carbon disulfide and diethylamine as raw materials,adding appropriate amount of sodium hydroxide,sodium chloride as an electrolyte,methylene chloride as an extraction solvent,DSA electrode as an anode,and stainless steel as a cathode,optimizing the current density,raw material ratio and reaction time.The process does not use oxidants,the electrolyte can be recycled,no wastewater is produced,and the production process is clean.
