摘　　要：在弱酸性介质中及氯胺T存在条件下,SCN^-可与异烟酸-巴比妥酸形成一紫蓝色染料,该染料最大吸收波长位于598nm,且其吸光度A与SCN^-含量在一定的范围内呈良好的线性关系,据此我们建立了测定人尿中微量SCN^-的异烟酸-巴比妥酸分光光度法,本法SCN^-含量均在0~2.50μg/5.0mL范围内符合比耳定律,方法用于人尿中微量SCN^-的测定,结果令人满意。In a weakly acidic solution,and in the presence of chloramine T,thiocyanate reacts with iso nicotinic acid-barbituric acid to form purple blue dye.The absorption peck of dye lies 598 nm,and its apparent absorptivity is 1.19×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,a new spectrophotometry for determination of thiocyanate was established.Beer’s law is obeyed for thiocyanate in the range of 0~2.50μg/5.0 mL.The method shows satisfactory selectivity and precision and has been applied to determine thiocyanate in human urine with satisfactory results.
