摘 要:石墨填充缠绕垫片因其优良的压缩回弹性能被广泛应用于石化装置的法兰密封结构中,但由于高温导致垫片材料性能下降等原因,造成泄漏超标使得垫片无法满足使用要求,因此准确评价垫片的高温适用性对于法兰结构的密封质量至关重要。本文根据石墨材料老化和腐蚀机理,提出基于泄漏率和微量元素指标评价垫片的高温适用性,并开展了石墨填充金属缠绕垫片的高温时效试验和泄漏性能试验。试验结果表明,高温对石墨缠绕垫片影响显著,随着时间变化,垫片失重越来越大,严重时出现散架。根据试验结果,建立了不同温度下垫片重量变化同泄漏率的主曲线关系,可预估垫片在运行周期内的平均使用时间,为企业科学制定备品备件计划提供合理的指导。Graphite filled wound gaskets have such advantages as excellent compression resilience property and impact resistant performance,which are widely used in the bolted flange structures of petrochemical plants.However,due to the performance degradation of gasket material caused by high temperature,the leakage exceeds the standard value.Therefore,it is important for the sealing performance to evaluate the high temperature applicability of gasket.Based on the aging and corrosion mechanism of graphite materials,the leakage rate and trace element index are proposed to evaluate the high temperature applicability of gaskets.The high temperature aging test and leakage test of graphite filled metal wound gaskets are also preformed.The results show that the high temperature has an obvious influence on the gasket.With aging time increasing,the weight loss of gasket becomes larger and larger.Based on experimental results,the main curves relationship between gasket weight loss and leakage rate at different temperatures are established.They can be used to predict the gasket average service time and provide reasonable guidance for enterprises to make spare parts plan.
