摘  要:【目的】探讨氮源是否影响马铃薯晚疫病菌分泌蛋白的致病性。【方法】应用蛋白质组学Label-free技术,对受氮饥饿处理24 h和未处理的马铃薯晚疫病菌分泌蛋白进行鉴定,并对其鉴定蛋白进行生物信息学分析。【结果】共发现61个蛋白质的表达量存在显著差异,其中41个蛋白质表达量上调,20个蛋白质表达量下调。经生物信息学分析表明它们95%定位于细胞核、细胞质、线粒体和分泌型,主要参与碳代谢、氨基酸的生物合成和核糖体代谢,参与的生物过程主要是细胞过程、代谢过程和细胞成分组织或生物起源。【结论】氮源提高致病性蛋白的分泌,影响马铃薯晚疫病菌的致病性。【Objective】The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether the nitrogen source can affect the pathogenicity of the secreted protein of Phytophthora infestans.【Method】The proteomics Label-free technique was used to identify the secreted proteins of Phytophthora infestans treated with nitrogen starvation for 24 hours and untreated,and bioinformatics analysis was performed on the identified proteins.【Result】A total of 61 proteins were found to have significant differences in expression levels,of which 41 proteins were up-regulated and 20 proteins were down-regulated.Bioinformatics analysis showed that they were 95%localized in the nucleus,cytoplasm,mitochondria and secretory type,mainly involved in carbon metabolism,amino acid biosynthesis and ribosome metabolism.The biological processes involved were mainly cellular processes,metabolic processes and cellular component tissues or biological origins.【Conclusion】Nitrogen sources increase the secretion of pathogenic proteins and affect the pathogenicity of Phytophthora infestans.
