摘  要:目的观察阿里红对寒湿证大鼠的免疫功能的影响。方法40只SD大鼠,放入人工气候室中,连续21天,通过对大鼠一般状况的观察和内源性指标的检测,确认寒湿证大鼠模型造模成功。灌胃给药阿里红14天,观察阿里红对寒湿证大鼠免疫功能的影响。结果给药阿里红后,相比于模型组,给药组大鼠血清免疫球蛋白G-S(serum immunoglobulin G,IgG-S)和呼吸道IG-R(respiratory fluid immunoglobulin G,IgG-R)浓度相对降低(P<0.05),胰蛋白酶(Trypsin)及蛋白酶激活受体-2(protease-activated receptor-2,PAR-2)表达相对减弱(P<0.05);脾脏系数及胸腺系数增大(P<0.05)。对上述四个指标在五个组别的皮尔森相关系数进行分析,未发现有明确的相关关系。结论阿里红可以改变寒湿证大鼠的代谢,使寒湿证大鼠免疫功能恢复,能增强胰蛋白酶及PAR-2的表达,减小脾脏系数及胸腺系数。Objective To observe the effects of Fomes(Vill.ex Fr.)officinalis Ames on immunity function of rats with cold-damp syndrome.Methods A total of 40 SD rats were put in the artificial climate chamber for 21 days.Through observation of the general condition of rats and detection of endogenous indicators,rat modelling of cold-damp syndrome was successfully confirmed.Fomes(Vill.ex Fr.)officinalis Ames was administered by intragastric administration for 14 days,and the effects of it on immunity function of rats with cold-damp syndrome were observed.Results After giving the Fomes(Vill.ex Fr.)officinalis Ames,compared with model group,the serum lgG(serum immunoglobulin G,IgG-S)and respiratory tract lgG(respiratory fluid immunoglobulin G,IgG-R)concentration was relatively decreased(P<0.05).The expression of Trypsin and protease-activated receptor-2(protease activated receptor-2,PAR-2)was relatively weakened(P<0.05),and the spleen coefficient and thymus coefficient were increased(P<0.05).Through the analysis of the Pearson correlation coefficient of the above 4 indicators in 5 groups,it is found that there is no clear correlation.Conclusion The Fomes(Vill.ex Fr.)officinalis Ames,can change metabolic of rats with cold-damp syndrome,making their immune function recover,improving the expression of trypsin and PAR-2 aggravation,and reducing spleen coefficient and thymus coefficient.
