基于固本清源理论探讨肿瘤病的临证辨治

摘　　要：“固本清源”理论的提出,是在“扶正祛邪”基础上的创新与提高,强调除固本能扶正外,清源亦能扶正,其内涵与意义更符合现代中医药辨治肿瘤病的特点,是治疗肿瘤病的重要延伸。固本即扶正培本,当分培补先后天;清源则为从源祛邪,内蕴邪祛正安之意,可分化痰、逐瘀、祛毒,两者殊途同归。明确“固本”与“清源”对机体邪正的复合影响,灵活地在肿瘤病发生发展的不同阶段进行辨治应用,方能取得良好的临床疗效,并且对指导现代肿瘤病的规范化治疗具有一定的导向意义。The theory of“Guben Qingyuan”is an innovation and improvement on the basis of the theory“strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors”.It emphasizes that besides strengthening instinct,Qingyuan can also uphold benevolence.Its connotation and significance are more in line with the characteristics of modern Chinese medicine in differentiating and treating tumors,and it is an important extension of the treatment of tumors.Guben is to strengthen and cultivate the body,while fractional supplement is acquired;Qingyuan is to remove pathogens from the source,in other words,to remove the evil,including phlegm,remove blood stasis and eliminate toxins,both of which return to the same destination in different ways.Clarifying the combined effects of“Guben”and“Qingyuan”on the body’s evil and healthy qi,while differentiating and applying them flexibly in different stages of the occurrence and development of tumors,can help to improve clinical efficacy,and guide the standardized treatment of modern tumors.
