从热力学角度研究中药寒热量化的回顾与思考

摘　　要：开展中药寒热度的定量研究,建立一套系统的中药药性寒热度评价体系,是中药药性研究和临床迫切需要解决的问题。热力学方法鉴于其具有的整体性、可量化性,是中药寒热量化比较理想的方式之一。本文总结了近10年从热力学角度研究中药寒热药性的主要方法:冷热板示差法、微量热仪法及由其衍伸的细胞学MTT测定法、红外热成像、体温检测法,对各方法的理论依据、研究成果进行了回顾,评价其优点和弊端,并分析了上述研究中存在的问题,重点论述了中药归经与热敏通道理论对研究的影响。在此基础上对未来提出展望,认为中药寒热度的研究需考虑“点”“面”“体”“时”多个维度,以期为今后开展相关研究提供借鉴。To carry out quantitative research on the cold and hot properties of Chinese materia medica,and to establish a systematic evaluation system of Chinese materia medica are the most urgent problems to be solved in the research and clinics of Chinese materia medica.The thermodynamic method is one of the ideal ways for the quantization of cold and hot properties of Chinese materia medica because of its integrality and quantifiability.This paper summarized the research on the medicinal cold and hot properties of Chinese materia medica from the perspective of thermodynamics in the past 10 years,including cold and hot plate differential method,microcalorimeter method and cytological MTT assay derived from it,infrared thermal imaging and body temperature detection method.The theoretical basis and research results of different methods were reviewed.Their advantages and disadvantages were evaluated,and the problems in the above research were analyzed,especially the influence of Chinese materia medica meridian tropism and thermal channel theory.On this basis,the author puts forward the prospect for the future that it is believed that the research on the cold and hot properties of Chinese materia medica needs to consider the dimensions of point,face,body and time,in order to provide reference for future research.
