摘　　要：管制员培训是培养优秀空中交通管制员的第一步,是民航事业发展的重要基础性工作之一。针对管制员培训记录分析问题,分析了现管制员培训系统的不足,搭建了管制员培训胜任力模型,利用因子分析法提取培训记录主要信息,计算分析考核结果,结合胜任力指标对管制员培训进行评价。以一定的数据样本为例,分析学生培训结果,给出有效评价和建议。结果表明:通过胜任力模型评价管制员培训可以更加便捷、科学客观地评价管制员培训,发现和针对性解决管制培训问题。TController training is the first step to train excellent air traffic controllers and one of the important basic works for the development of civil aviation.In view of the problems in the analysis of controller training records,the deficiencies of the current controller training system are analyzed.The competency model of controller training is built.The main information of training records is extracted by factor analysis method.The assessment results are calculated and analyzed,and the controller training is evaluated according to the competency index.Taking a certain data sample as an example,the training results of students are analyzed,and effective evaluation and Suggestions are given.The results show that the competency model can be used to evaluate controller training more conveniently,scientifically and objectively.
