摘 要:随着无人机行业的迅猛发展,其应用范围越来越广,但引发的安全问题也越来越受到人们的重视。像无人机这种低慢小目标具有飞行高度低、速度慢和机动性强等特点,预警时间相对较短,因此,及时对目标进行威胁评估,对目标的保护具有重要的意义,成为亟待解决的问题。文章结合低慢小目标的特点,分析了影响目标威胁评估的6个主要因素:距离因素、时间因素、高度因素、航向因素、目标识别因素和群目标因素,利用层次分析法将定量分析与定性分析结合起来,构造了适用于低慢小目标特点的威胁评估数学模型。最后,通过实例来说明层次分析法在目标威胁评估中的应用。With the rapid development of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) industry, its application is becoming more extensive, but the safety problems caused by it are also getting more attention. Small target at low latitude and low speed has the characteristics of low altitude, low speed, strong maneuverability like the UAV, which bring great difficulties to the protection of key target, short warning time is required, timely threat evaluation of targets is of great significance to the protection of targets. This is an urgent problem. In this paper, combining with the characteristics of low slow small targets, six main factors affecting target threat evaluation are analyzed: distance, time, height, heading, identity and fleet, using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) combine quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, the structure is suitable for low slow small target threat assessment of the characteristics of the mathematical model. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application of AHP in target threat evaluation.
