摘  要:氰化物是焦化废水的常见主要组分,剧毒,对生态环境危害巨大,必须严格控制和重点处理.采用酸、热、无机、有机改性法对海泡石进行复合改性,用于焦化废水中氰化物的去除.结果表明:(1)对海泡石先用6 mol·L-1盐酸进行酸改性,再在200℃下进行热改性,然后采用0.3 mol·L-1 AlCl 3进行无机改性,最后采用12 g·L-1 PAM进行有机改性后,其对焦化废水中氰化物的去除能力可由15.7%提高到71.2%;(2)改性海泡石去除焦化废水中氰化物的最佳工艺条件为:在废液初始pH7.8下,处理2 h,废水温度恒定在40℃,其对焦化废水中氰化物的去除率可由71.2%提高到74.8%.Cyanide is a kind of a common and main component in coking wastewater,which is highly toxic and harmful to the ecological environment.It should be strictly controlled and treated.In this study,sepiolite is modified by acid,heat,inorganic and organic to remove cyanide from coking wastewater.The results show that:(1)Sepiolite is first modified by 6 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid,then by thermal modification at 200℃,then by inorganic modification with 0.3 mol·L-1 AlCl 3,and finally by organic modification with 12g·L-1 PAM.Its removal ability of cyanide can be increased from 15.7%to 71.2%in coking wastewater;(2)The optimum technological conditions for removing cyanide from coking wastewater by modified sepiolite are as follows:under the initial pH of wastewater,the treatment time is 2 hours,the temperature of wastewater is constant at 40℃,and the removal capacity of cyanide from coking wastewater can be increased from 71.2%to 74.8%.
