大型水电工程移民综合监理资金监督要点分析

摘　　要：移民资金作为专项资金,实行封闭式管理,移民综合监理资金监督工作受到一定的局限,监督作用得不到有力发挥。文章从移民资金监督实践出发,深入分析资金拨付流程、规划标准及概算执行、会计报表编制、移民资金动态管理台账四个关键环节上资金监督要点,指导移民综合监理相关工作开展。As a special fund,the resettlement funds are implemented in a closed-end management.The supervision of the comprehensive supervision fund of the immigrants is limited,and the supervisory role cannot be effectively exerted.Based on the practice of resettlement fund supervision,the article analyzes the fund supervision process,planning standards and budget implementation,accounting statement preparation,and resettlement fund dynamic management account on the four key links of fund supervision,and guides the comprehensive work of immigration supervision.
