摘  要:文中根据天水市国土资源执法监察工作现状,设计了天水市国土资源执法监察快速反应平台,并就面向服务架构(SOA)技术、数据缓存技术等关键技术进行了研究,该平台提升了天水市国土资源执法监察工作的效率,有效监督了国土违法行为。According to the present situation of land and resources law enforcement and supervision in Tianshui City, a rapid response platform for land and resources law enforcement supervision was designed in Tianshui City, and the key technologies such as service-oriented architecture(SOA), data cache technology, etc. were studied. Efficiency of law enforcement and supervision of land and resources was improved by the platformin Tianshui City, the illegal activities of the land was supervised effectively.
