摘 要:利用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和拉伸实验机研究了Fe元素对热轧后6082铝合金板材组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,当Fe元素含量为0.15wt%时,该合金的综合性能最好,其抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别为335 MPa、290 MPa和15%;而当Fe元素超过0.2%时,该合金的强度会明显降低。这主要是由于Fe元素与Cr、Si元素结合形成大量的Al(FeCr)Si相,减少了合金中强化相的析出,减弱了合金的时效强化效果。The influences of Fe element on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 6082 aluminum alloy hot rolled sheet were investigated by optical microscopy(OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy spectrum analysis(EDS), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and tensile testing machine. The results show that when the content of Fe in the alloy is0.15 wt%, the comprehensive properties of the alloy are best, and the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of the alloy reach 335 MPa, 290 MPa and 15%, respectively. When the Fe content exceeds 0.2%, the strength of the alloy obviously decreases. This is mainly due to the combination of Fe elements with Cr and Si elements to form a large number of Al(FeCr)Si phase, reducing the precipitation of the strengthening phase in the alloy and weakening the effect of aging hardening of the alloy.
