摘 要:锆合金复合轧制板材轧后常出现板型瓢区和侧弯,需要通过约束退火方式对板型进行校正。通过金相观察和EBSD分析,在约束退火和自由退火条件下,对该材料的组织进行分析。对约束退火和自由退火后板材的性能进行了测试。结果表明,约束退火相对于自由退火对锆合金复合轧制板材的性能和形变晶粒取向没有明显影响。After rolling,zirconium alloy composite roll plate often generates plate type ladle area and lateral bending. The plate should be corrected by constrained annealing method. By metallographic observation and EBSD analysis method, under the the constraint free annealing and annealing conditions, and the microstructure of the material were analyzed. The performance of the plates after constrained annealing and free annealing were tested. The results show that compared with free annealing, the constrained annealing has not obvious effect on the properties morphology and crystal orientation of the zirconium alloy composite roll plate.
