摘　　要：目的设计一种新型的口腔开口器装置,用于口腔医疗中调节患者开口角度及固定吸引器。方法该口腔开口装置由固定模块、支持模块、调节模块、吸引模块四部分组成,可由不锈钢或纯钛、氧化锆等材料制作。应用CAD制图及3D打印技术制作模型,并进行应用评价。结果该口腔开口器装置可调节口腔医疗操作中患者开口角度及固定吸引器,提高医护工作效率,提升患者就诊舒适感。结论该装置具有较好的应用效果,可进行临床推广和普及应用,对口腔医学事业的发展具有一定的促进作用。Objective To design a new type of oral opening device,which is used to adjust the angle of oral opening and fix the suction device.Methods The oral opening device consisted of fixed module,support module,adjustment module and suction module,which can be made of stainless steel,pure titanium,or zirconia.Using CAD drawing and 3 D printing technology,the device model was made and its application was evaluated.Results The oral opening device could successfully adjust the angle of oral opening in oral medical operation and fix the suction device,which improves the efficiency of medical care and the comfort of patients.Conclusion The device has good application effect,which could be widely used in clinic and promote the development of stomatology.
