摘  要:目的针对传统标本液存放采集装置的缺点,研制一种改进型标本液存采装置。方法该设计包括标本液存放装置和标本液采集装置。标本液存放装置包括瓶盖、瓶体和固定在瓶体外侧的出水龙头;标本液采集装置包括袋体、接头和密封条。改进型标本液存采装置与传统标本液存放采集装置进临床应用效果比较。结果改进型标本液存采装置无一例出现标本液外溢,刺激医务人员皮肤、眼睛和粘膜的现象。讨论该装置结构简单、设计合理、使用方便,有效防止医护人员在取液过程中受到刺激性气体的伤害,达到了设计目的。Objective In view of the shortcomings of traditional specimen storage and collection device,a new specimen storage and collection device was developed.Methods The design included specimen fluid storage device and specimen fluid collection device.The specimen liquid storage device included a bottle cap,a bottle body and an outlet tap fixed on the outside of bottle body.The specimen fluid collection device included a bag body,a joint and a seal strip.The clinical application effect of the improved specimen storage and collection device was compared with that of the traditional specimen storage and collection device.Results There was no specimen liquid leakage in the improved specimen storage and collection device.None irritation to the skin,eyes and mucous membrane of medical staff was observed in the improved group.Conclusion The design is simple in structure,reasonable in design and convenient in use,which can effectively prevent medical workers from being hurt by irritating gas in the process of collecting liquid,and achieves the design purpose.
