摘  要:目的优化轨道物流传输系统在医院的使用。方法统计轨道物流传输系统各个站点使用情况;制定制度统筹协调各站点错峰使用,限制小车站点停留时间;统计优化管理前后主要站点的小车使用数量,用t检验比对结果,统计优化前后各站点小车滞留时间,绘制对照图。结果轨道小车每天发车次数在700~1200次之间,中心药房、检验医学中心、静脉配置中心、消毒供应中心站点使用率依次为21.50%、13.86%、6.70%、3.96%。优化后静配中心站点上午峰时提前1 h(P<0.01),中心药房站点上午峰时延后1 h(P<0.05),检验医学中心站点下午峰时延后1 h(P<0.01)。优化后全院主要站点使用小车峰值明显下降(P<0.05),站点滞留时间减少。结论规范小车使用,错开峰时使用,减少上午站点滞留时间,是提升轨道物流传输系统在医院使用效率的有效方法。Objective This study aimed to optimize the use of the orbital logistics transmission system in our hospital.Methods Firstly,the usage of each station in the rail logistics transmission system was counted.Then,the system was formulated to coordinate the use of staggered peaks at each station,and the stopover time of small stations was limited.Finally,The number of cars used in the main stations before and after optimization management was counted,and t-test was used to check and compare the results.Results The number of trains per day for rail cars ranged from 700 to 1200.The usage rates of cars of the central pharmacies,the medical labortory center,the intravenous distribution centers,the disinfection supply centers were 21.50%,13.86%,6.70%,3.96%,respectively.After optimization,the peak time of static dispensing center station was 1 h earlier in the morning(P<0.01),the peak time of central pharmacy station was delayed by 1 h(P<0.05),and the peak time of laboratory medicine center station was delayed by 1 h in the afternoon(P<0.01).At the se time,the peak value of car use at the main stations of the hospital decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the time of station detention decreased.Conclusion Standardizing the use of cars,staggering the peaks used,and reducing the morning detention time are effective methods to improve the efficiency of the rail logistics transmission system in hospital.
