乡村振兴背景下休闲农业发展路径和实践范式建构

摘　　要：2005年浙江省把休闲农业写入《关于切实做好2005年农业和农村工作的若干意见》,标志着我国休闲农业实践开始进入政府规范化引领阶段。本文基于我国农业农村部官方网站的规章制度类文献,政府会议和各种提案(建言)答复、通知、公告、指导意见等文献,各种新闻类文献三类数据,结合20多年来休闲农业的研究成果,采用质性研究的方法,构建出我国休闲农业官方认同的路径、表述范式和内涵,明确我国休闲农业核心指标、生产生活场域、建设方法和途径指导,从而达成农民增收、农村生态环境改善的目的,并在此基础上梳理我国休闲农业建设模式的主体和内容本质,提出我国休闲农业产业化、产业文化化和文化创意化的可持续发展之路。During the development of leisure agriculture in China for more than 30 years,Leisure agriculture has been written into"Some Opinions on Doing Well Agriculture and Rural Work in 2005"by the provincial government of Zhejiang Province,which indicates that the practice of leisure agriculture in China has entered the stage of government standardization;and The Ministry of Agriculture is the planning and command center of leisure agriculture. Based on the following three types of data:regulations documents from official website of the Ministry of Agriculture of China,governmental conference records and various proposals,relies,notifications,announcements and guidance,various news records,and the research articles of leisure agriculture in the past 20 years,this paper adopts the qualitative research methods and attempts to construct the development path,expression paradigm and connotation of the official identity of leisure agriculture in China. It is clear that leisure agriculture in China should be guided by the core indicators,production and living fields,construction methods and ways,so as to achieve the goal of increasing farmers’ income and improving rural environment and ecology. On this basis,the main body and content essence of the model of leisure agriculture are analyzed,hence measures are put forward on how to achieve the sustainable development of industrialization,industrial culture and cultural creativity of leisure agriculture in China.
