摘　　要：随着中东铁路的修建,大量的俄侨到达哈尔滨及其周边城市。俄侨的到来极大地促进了哈尔滨城市现代化的进程,在近代哈尔滨城市人口、金融、艺术、文化、教育、宗教及社会习俗等方面都有很大的影响。目前俄侨文化已经成为哈尔滨城市文化的重要名片,因此继续有创造性保护和发掘俄侨文化就成为一项势在必行的工作。With the building of the Middle-East Railway,many Russian expatriates reached Harbin and other cities.Russian expatriates promoted the process of Harbin’s city modernization and affected the population,finance,art,culture,education,religion and social customs.The culture of Russian expatriates has been an important symbol of Harbin’s city culture at present.So creative protection and exploration of Russian expatriates’culture is an imperative job.
