摘　　要：基于目前核化工类项目建设单位管理费费用内容尚不明确的现状,通过总结核电厂项目、一般化工建设项目和火电工程建设项目建设单位管理费相关规定,从中提取与核化工类项目建设单位管理费相关的各项内容,并结合核化工类项目建设单位管理费的实际发生情况和取费需求,对核化工类项目建设单位管理费的构成及内容进行研究。提出核化工类项目建设单位管理费涵盖的35项费用内容,为今后核化工类项目建设单位管理费的计取提供更为可靠和明确的依据。Based on the fact that the contents of the owner’s management expense of the nuclear chemical projects is not clear,this paper extracts the relevant information via summarizing the regulations of the owner’s management expense for the nuclear power plants,normal chemical industry projects and thermal power projects.Meanwhile,the actual occurrence of the owner’s management expense from the nuclear chemical industry projects as well as the requirements of such costs calculation are considered for investigating the composition and contents of the owner’s management expense.Eventually,35 items are suggested as the contents of the owner’s management expense of the nuclear chemical industry projects,which can be a more strong and definite evidence for future calculation of the owner’s management expense of the nuclear chemical industry projects.
