摘 要:以某3 t侧面叉车为对象,通过实体三维建模和虚拟数值仿真进行了液压系统的基础研究。应用SolidWorks软件建立侧面叉车液压系统的三维模型,并通过AMESim软件建立了仿真模型。同时,对大批量的3 t侧面叉车进行实验,利用实验结果对仿真模型进行修正。研究标准压力下的实验与仿真结果,得到不同压力、发动机转速、管路长度和通径对液压系统的影响。Taking a 3 t side forklift as the object,this paper conducts a basic research on the hydraulic system through solid threedimensional modeling and virtual numerical simulation,establishes the three-dimensional model of the hydraulic system of the side forklift with SolidWorks software,and builds the simulation model by AMESim software.Meanwhile,researches on a large number of 3 t side forklifts were carried out and the simulation model was modified according to research results.Effects of different pressures,engine speed,pipe length and path on the hydraulic system are obtained by studying researches and simulation results under standard pressure.
