摘 要:采用静态直流法研究了软磁、半硬磁和硬磁三种铁磁材料的退磁特性,分析了2种不同形式的退磁曲线特性,探讨了退磁机理,以瑞利磁滞回线模型为例建立了退磁模型。研究了稳磁对3种铁磁材料磁滞回线的影响规律,确定了最佳稳磁次数,分析了磁滞回线不闭合的原因,建立了磁黏滞系数含碳量模型,实验结果表明该模型具有一定的合理性。The demagnetization characteristics of three kinds of ferromagnetic materials,i.e.soft magnetism,semi hard magnetic and hard magnetic,were studied by static DC method.The characteristics of two different forms of the demagnetization curve were analyzed,and the mechanism of demagnetization was also discussed.The demagnetization model was established by taking Rayleigh hysteresis loop model as an example.According to the study on the effect of the number of steady magnetic time on the hysteresis loop of three ferromagnetic materials,the optimum number of magnetic stabilization was determined.The reasons for the non-closure of the hysteresis loops were analyzed.The model between the magnetic viscosity coefficient and the carbon content was established,and the experimental results show that the model was reasonable.
