我国煤炭企业混合所有制改革中治理结构研究

摘　　要：21世纪以来,我国煤炭企业的盈利能力经历了持续增长到利润总额持续下滑,甚至个别年份出现了全行业亏损的态势,所有制结构不合理是导致这种态势的原因之一,文章从煤炭企业混合所有制改革背景下的治理结构层面,对我国煤炭企业股东构成结构、优化董事会构成和监事会构成进行了探讨。Since the beginning to 21st century,the profitability of China’s coal enterprises has experienced a sustained growth to a continuous decline in total profits,and even a situation of losses in the whole industry in some years.One of the reasons for this situation is the irrational ownership structures.This thesis discusses the composition of shareholders,the composition of the board of directors and the composition of the board of supervisors of China’s coal enterprises from the perspective of governance structure under the background of the reform of mixed ownership of coal enterprises.
