金黄熊猫树播种育苗技术

摘　　要：[目的]探讨有效打破金黄熊猫树种子休眠期,提高发芽率和成苗率的播种育苗技术。[方法]研究浸种方法、播种时间和芽苗移栽3个主要育苗环节对金黄熊猫树种子发芽和苗期生长的影响。[结果]用40℃温水浸种30min后加20g高锰酸钾再浸泡30min,可有效促进种子发芽,提高发芽率;4月下旬或11月下旬较适合播种,此时发芽率可达55%以上且苗木生长良好;播种95 d将芽苗移栽到容器袋培育可以显著改善苗木生长发育,移栽3个月后苗高、地径和存活率分别比大田苗提高13.43%、57.14%和23.61%。[结论]40℃温水浸种30min后加20g高锰酸钾再浸泡30min,4月下旬或11月下旬播种,并适时移栽进行容器育苗可作为金黄熊猫树实生苗培育的推荐措施。[Purpose]This study aimed to explore the technical measures for effectively breaking the dormancy of seeds from Golden Panda Trees(Xanthostemon chrysanthus)and improving the rate of seedling germination and seedling emergence rate.[Method]The effects of seed soaking method,sowing time,and seedling transplanting on the seed germination and seedlings growth of X.chrysanthus were investigated.[Result]After soaking seed in water at 40℃ for 30 min,adding 20 grams of potassium permanganate and soaking seed again for 30min effectively improved seed germination and increased the germination rate.Sowing in late April or late November was more suitable,when the germination rate was more than 55%and the seedlings grew well.Transplanting seedlings into container bags after sowing 95 days,significantly increased the growth and development of the seedlings.Three months later,height,DBH and survival rate of container seedling increased by 13.43%,57.14% and 23.61%,respectively,than field plant.[Conclusion]After soaking seed in water at 40℃ for 30min,adding 20 grams of potassium permanganate and soaking seed again for 30min;sowing in late April or late November;and transplanting seedlings into containers are recommended technical measures for X.chrysanthus seedling cultivation.
