摘 要:[目的]调查不同LED光质处理下蕹菜白锈病发病率、病情指数及相关酶活性的变化。[方法]分别设置红光、绿光、蓝光和白光(对照,CK)共4种LED光质,光照处理20 d后调查蕹菜白锈病发病率、病情指数,并测定相关酶活性。[结果]各光质处理下蕹菜白锈病发病率均低于CK,其中蓝光处理效果最佳。蓝光处理下蕹菜叶苯丙氨酸解氨酶(phenylalanine ammonia lyase,PAL)活性显著高于其他处理;茎各部位的超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性显著高于其他处理。绿光处理下蕹菜茎上部及根的PAL活性显著高于其他处理;叶及根的SOD活性也显著高于其他处理。相关分析表明,蕹菜叶PAL活性与发病率呈正相关,茎中部PAL活性与发病率呈负相关。[结论]相比其他光质,蓝光可显著提高蕹菜叶的PAL活性及茎各部位的SOD活性,并显著降低蕹菜白锈病的发病率,延缓病情恶化。[Purpose]To investigate the effect of LED lights on the incidence of white rust and related enzyme activity in water spinach(Ipomoea aquatica Forsskal).[Method]Four different LED lights[red,green,blue,and white(CK)]were tested.After 20 d treatment,disease incidence and disease index of white rust and the activity of the relevant enzymes were investigated.[Result]Compared to white light,each LED light treatment reduced the disease incidence,and blue light had the most positive effect.Under blue light treatment,the activity of phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL)of leaves and the superoxide dismutase(SOD)of the stems were significantly higher than under other lights.The PAL activity in the upper stems and roots,and SOD activity in leaves and root were significantly higher under the green light treatment than that of other treatments.Correlation analysis showed that PAL activity was positively correlated with disease incidence in leaves,while PAL activity in the middle of stem was negatively correlated with the disease incidence.[Conclusion]Compared with other lights,blue light can significantly improve PAL activity in leaves and SOD activity of the stems and effectively reduce the incidence and severity of white rust of water spinach.
