加味丹栀逍遥颗粒联合米氮平治疗肝郁化火型失眠

摘　　要：目的:观察加味丹栀逍遥颗粒联合米氮平治疗肝郁化火型失眠的临床疗效。方法:将肝郁化火型失眠患者52例,随机分为治疗组26例与对照组26例,治疗组予以加味丹栀逍遥颗粒联合米氮平片治疗,对照组予以米氮平治疗。运用SPIEGEL量表、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数表(PSQI)及中医证候量表治疗前后评分,并应用副反应量表(TESS)对2组服药后不良反应进行评估。结果:治疗组睡眠有效率为96.15%;对照组睡眠有效率为69.23%,二者具有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗2周后2组SPIEGEL量表、PSQI量表及中医症候量表评分显著减少,治疗组评分较对照组改善明显(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组TESS量表评估无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:加味丹栀逍遥颗粒联合米氮平与单纯米氮平治疗肝郁化火型失眠相比疗效更明显,不良反应统计学上并无明显差异。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Danxiaoyao granule combined with mirtazapine in the treatment of liver—stagnation and fire—type insomnia.Methods:52 patients with liver—stagnation and insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group(26 cases)and control group(26 cases).The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Danxiaoyao granules combined with mirtazapine tablets.The control group was treated with mirtazapine.The SPIEGEL scale,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and the TCM Syndrome Scale were used to evaluate the pretreatment and post-treatment scores,and the side effects scale(TESS)was used to evaluate the adverse reactions after the two groups.Results:The sleep effective rate of the treatment group was 96.15%.The sleep effective rate of the control group was 69.23%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<O.O5).After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of the two groups of SPIEGEL scale,PSQI scale and TCM symptom scale were significantly reduced,and the score of the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the TESS scale between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Danxiaoyao granules combined with mirtazapine and mirtazapine are more effective in treating liver-stagnation and fire-type insomnia.There is no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions.
