摘　　要：目的:观察前炎止痛贴联合前列清瘀汤治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效及对前列腺炎液TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6表达的影响。方法:选取我院2018年1月~10月收治的160例慢性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为四组,比较四组患者治疗的临床疗效及治疗前后前列腺液中相关炎性因子水平变化。结果:脐贴+中药组治疗总有效率优于其他组(P<0.05);四组治疗后前列腺液中TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6含量较治疗前均有降低(P<0.05),胳贴+中药内服组与其他组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前炎止痛贴联合前列清瘀汤治疗慢性前列腺炎具有较好疗效,可以降低前列腺液中TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6的表达。Objective:To observe the effect of Qianyan Zhitong plaster combined with Qianlie Qingyu decoction on the treatment of chronic prostatitis and the expression of TNF-α,IFN-γ and IL-6 in prostatitis.Methods:A total of 160 patients with chronic prostatitis admitted to our hospital from January to October 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into four groups.The clinical efficacy of the four groups of patients and the related inflammatory factors in prostatic fluid before and after treatment were compared.The level changes.Results:The total effective rate of umbilical paste+Chinese medicine group was better than other groups(P<0.05).The contents of TNF-α,IFN-γ and IL-6 in prostatic fluid of the four groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.0 5).The difference between the umbilical paste+Chinese medicine oral administration group and other groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qianyan Zhitong plaster combined with Qianlie Qingyu decoction has good therapeutic effect on chronic prostatitis,which can reduce the expression of TNF-α,IFN-γ and IL-6 in prostatic fluid.
