中药膏剂穴位敷贴治疗产妇缺乳的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:考察中药穴位敷贴治疗产妇缺乳的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的缺乳产妇185例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组95例,对照组90例,2组产妇年龄、身体质量、血压、病程,以及血红蛋白、白蛋白等一般情况一致,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组均取穴膻中、乳根、天溪、足三里、内关,按摩穴位2 min,治疗组增加穴位贴敷中药膏剂。以产妇乳房充盈度、泌乳量、婴儿身体质量,以及产妇血清泌乳素、雌二醇、孕酮等为观察指标。结果:治疗2个疗程后,治疗组对照组总有效率分别为86.3%、78.9%。与治疗前比较,2组产妇泌乳量均有改善,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组产妇血清泌乳素均提高、雌二醇水平降低(P<0.05),孕酮水平无变化(P>0.05)。结论:本文中药膏剂穴位贴敷对产妇缺乳有较好的治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of maternal deficiencies.Methods:A total of 185 women with malnutrition who met the criteria were enrolled.The randomized digital table method was divided into treatment group and control group,95 cases in the treatment group,90 cases in the control group,2 groups of maternal age,body mass,blood pressure,disease course,and hemoglobin,white.The general condition of the protein was consistent and not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the 2 groups,the acupoints were taken from the sputum,the milk root,the Tianxi,the Zusanli,the Neiguan,and the acupoints were massaged for 2 min.The treatment group added acupuncture points to apply the traditional Chinese medicine ointment.Maternal breast filling,lactation,baby body mass,as well as maternal serum prolactin,estradiol,progesterone,etc.as indicators of observation.Results:After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 86.3%and 78.9%,respectively.Compared with before treatment,the lactation levels of the two groups were improved,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the serum prolactin levels and estradiol levels were decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the progesterone level was not.Change(P>0.05).Conclusion:The acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine ointment has a good therapeutic effect on maternal lactation.
